(Autoform) The Ticket Report Autoform provides a formal process for tracking issues related to software or other services to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner.

This Autoform includes a process for the issue to be reported internally or externally, reviewed internally to determine if the issue is valid and can be replicated. Then, assignment for resolution, verification, and closure are all captured within this Autoform. Supporting documentation or screenshots can be attached if applicable.
