(Autoform) The Supplier Evaluation Autoform Set is used to maintain evaluation records of key suppliers. The Autoform Class feature helps automatically enter the expiration date and notify you when evaluations are coming due.

Supplier Evaluations can be based on specific criteria by answering yes/no questions, using a scorecard, or both. All evaluations for each supplier are kept in one place to easily review the evaluation history.
