DESCRIPTION:

(Autoform) The Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR) Autoform is an interactive CORE Autoform designed to manage corrective actions involving suppliers or other external parties by using the Web Autoform option (a webpage external to the CORE Compliance Platform). An incident is logged then the supplier is notified to supply corrective action information. The process is then completed internally for approval and closure.

Data is tracked for problem details, products affected, costs, supplier root cause investigations and actions taken.

This Autoform monitors incidents until actions are accepted and effectiveness is verified. There is also an area that allows for photos, documentation or reports to be attached, if needed.
