Security Change Log

DESCRIPTION:

(Autoform) The Security Change Log is a record of any changes that your organization implements that could affect confidentiality, integrity, and/or availability of your protected information. This includes changes to system configuration, system architectures, equipment, processes, procedures, policies, plans, instructions, facility, requirements, software, access, and others.

In the Autoform, describe the proposed change and include the justification for how this change will affect your organization’s protected information. The form also provides a way to track action items related to the change. Reports can be used to monitor status and review with appropriate management.
