DESCRIPTION:

(Autoform) The Risk Register helps identify, assess, and manage risks in accordance with ISO, Aerospace, and Cybersecurity standards, as well as best business practices. This form is designed to provide a structured and consistent approach to risk management, allowing users to document and evaluate risks across various departments, processes, and projects. 

This Autoform allows for risk identification, potential impact, likelihood of occurrence, and then auto-calculate a severity rating to help determine a treatment approach and next course of action. Use the integrated Action Item Autoform to build out and assign individual tasks to get done in relation to each specific risk. Monitor and review regularly to ensure efficiency.
