(Autoform) The Incident Report Autoform provides complete tracking of onsite or field safety, security, or environmental incidents and helps in monitoring responses, trends and more. Information relating to the date of the incident, reporting to the supervisor, immediate response taken, any witnesses, injury details, and preventive actions taken are just a few of the items that can be recorded using this Autoform.
The Incident Report Autoform provides notification to supervisory and office personnel, as needed. The Autoform has the capability to attach additional documentation or reports. Confidentiality and privacy based on user permissions is maintained.
