(Autoform) The Customer Survey and Feedback Autoform is an essential component to help businesses gather and analyze customer feedback. Used in connection with the Web Autoform option (a webpage external to the CORE Compliance Platform), this Autoform is a simple way to distribute a short survey request to customers through various channels such as email, social media, text messaging and more. Once your customer fills in the short survey, review and import the data directly to your CORE Autoform with a single click and eliminate all of the data entry steps.  

Like other Autoform options, a new record can be manually created if feedback is provided outside of using the web form. Use this Autoform the way that works best for your organization and your processes. Focus on how the feedback collected can be used to identify areas for improvement, measure customer satisfaction, and make informed business decisions.
